MILITARY TRANSFER PLUS PROGRAM
Our Military Transfer Plus program is designed for Military Credit Union Members who are transferring here, obtaining a mortgage through their credit union and have not chosen a real estate broker yet. The client must purchase a home through an agent with CENTURY 21 Abby Morton & Associates.
Our transfer program matches the military credit union program that you have already qualified for.
CENTURY 21 Abby Morton & Associates will reimburse you a portion of your closing costs depending on the price of the home that you purchase through our company. You will receive this at closing on the HUD-1 settlement statement so long as your lender approves it.
The reimbursement is based on the price range of the home you purchase. Upon locating your special home, we will immediately calculate your reimbursement. The beautiful thing about our program is you do not have restrictions of a particular real estate company they assign to you. This means you will have the best real estate brokers here at CENTURY 21 Abby Morton & Associates to help you through the process.
